INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
EXTERNAL EVENTS
Because our customer segment is B2B, and the products we sell are solutions and technology applications with the value up to hundreds of millions VND. Therefore, we promote branding activities a lot to enhance the company's reputation, with helps us establish credibility with customers and encourages them to think of us first when their business needs to buy any services or solutions. We will typically hold at least one seminar each month.
The conference will be solemnly held with a limited amount of attendees. My duty is including:
- Coordinating with technical departments and partners to create the agenda.
- Connecting with speakers and agencies.
- Writing social posts before and after the event
- Creating register link and survey form
- Sending email to invite guests and gather a list of customers.
- Preparing report files.
Notwithstanding the fact that we have a dedicated internal communications team, we also notify all firm staffs via internal emails of any significant information regarding partners or activities involving external communication. Particularly, partner newsletters, initiative programs,... which are updated weekly. Of course, I'm in charge of coming up with the content and the design brief.
Besides, there are other media publications such as invitations for partners to attend events, seminars, signing ceremonies,...
