Because our customer segment is B2B, and the products we sell are solutions and technology applications with the value up to hundreds of millions VND. Therefore, we promote branding activities a lot to enhance the company's reputation, with helps us establish credibility with customers and encourages them to think of us first when their business needs to buy any services or solutions. We will typically hold at least one seminar each month.

The conference will be solemnly held with a limited amount of attendees. My duty is including:
- Coordinating with technical departments and partners to create the agenda.
- Connecting with speakers and agencies.
- Writing social posts before and after the event
- Creating register link and survey form
- Sending email to invite guests and gather a list of customers.
- Preparing report files.

Notwithstanding the fact that we have a dedicated internal communications team, we also notify all firm staffs via internal emails of any significant information regarding partners or activities involving external communication. Particularly, partner newsletters, initiative programs,... which are updated weekly. Of course, I'm in charge of coming up with the content and the design brief.
Besides, there are other media publications such as invitations for partners to attend events, seminars, signing ceremonies,...

I have accompanied companies to participate in many prestigious awards to enhance brand reputation in the market. Specifically, I have planned to participate every year, completed the registration documents, and been the link between the award organizing committee and the company's team to win the awards.

Because of creating a new introducing video after three years, this project is quite important to us. My responsibility is to coordinate with the agency, more specifically:
- Writing scripts and subtitles.
- Coordinating with the ekip to plan and monitoring each scene.
- Checking, giving feedback and taking responsibility for the final product.

7 years is not a short journey for a new business. Therefore, anniversary activities become important and demanding many strict requirements. In this promotional video series, my teammates and I are responsible for creating the content and building the storyboard.

Company profile is one of our important documents. To be able to publish this publication, it took me and my colleagues 3 months to complete. Because this profile not only needs to be adjusted but also has to match the orientation of the holding company.

After building the content framework, I had a long meeting with the technical departments to agree on the final plan. Besides, I also have to follow up the design and printing process, because every detail an illustration also needs to be updated continuously if the superiors want to change anythings.

ADVERTISING MATERIALS

The advertising materials that I have done that can be mentioned as:
- Company profile (paper ver. and online ver.)
- Brochures and posters for the company' solutions and technologies.
....
Building content and design briefs are my responsibilities. Of course, in order to guarantee the accuracy, I also need to confer with and receive assistance from other pertinent technical departments.

BRANDING GIFTS

In advance of each event, we all have to prepare gifts for our guests. Even within the company, preparing gifts for staffs and VIP customers is under my purview of responsibility. At those time, how to balance the budget and choose the suitable gifts is the hard question that our team and I have to solve.

This is a rather special series of social posts that I "invested" a lot in the last half of 2022. This series includes a list built in 3 periods: hitting the customer's pain points - suggesting solutions - going in-depth about key and popular solutions/services.

To write this series of articles, I have consulted many documents provided by technical departments. After finishing, I always asked them to double-check to make sure that there were no wrong information related to technical terms and existing competencies. Each department has one (or more) key solutions, here I focus on digital transformation, cloud migration and security.

The “Providing Protection, Fulfill the Trustworthy” journey has been implemented by Hanwha Life Vietnam for 2 years. In the first year of implementation, the program has given thousands of meaningful gifts such as scholarships, school supplies, computers, bicycles, cash gifts, health insurance cards... to nearly 1,400 situations in 27 localities in 20 provinces and cities.
 In addition, Hanwha Life Vietnam has also invested in many other projects such as personal finance education for the young generation, career orientation counseling for graduating students, joining hands to develop talents in the field of finance and technology, building high-quality human resources for the country... all of which bring long-term value to Vietnamese people based on 3 key points: Protecting children, Promoting education and Taking care of community health.
This is a project that I love so much and will always remember for the rest of my life. The reason is because it was created at the time when our country in particular and the world in general were fighting for life before the COVID-19 pandemic. This program has lit in my heart a fire of kindness and humanity, besides let me appreciate the life and every moment that exists.

Traveling more than 400 km, our Love Bus arrived to the Ede people in Thach Son Hamlet, Ea Mdrol Commune, Cu M'gar District, Daklak Province on August 20, 2022.
The program in collaboration with local authorities gave computers, printers, light bulbs, books, clothes, milk and necessities to nearly 100 poor households and students in the village.
